User Locked Records (claimed)
Prior to the 1.72 release users had to manually click on the “claim” action to lock a production record while working on it. As of 1.72, the records are automatically locked by the user as soon as they select the Document Production action.
Locked records will need to be manually released via the main production table actions. This is temporary, future updates will auto-release records when a user exits or saves while documenting production or when clicking on a menu item outside the document production interface.
(this will change before this feature goes live)
The original user that locked a record can always edit or release a record they locked.
Administrator level users can unlock or edit any production record, regardless of who locked the record.
