First Method of Assigning Locations – (With the Move Button)
- Select the “Inventory” module.
- Connect your scanner to your tablet using Bluetooth.
- Select “Move.”
- Select the lot bar, then scan the lot label.
- Select the location bar, then scan the location label.
- Enter the quantity moved.
- Repeat step 5 until all locations for the lot have been scanned.
- Select “Move” to finish.
Second Method of Assigning Locations (Without the Move Button)
- Select the “Inventory” module.
- Connect your scanner to your tablet using Bluetooth.
- Search for your constituent by SKU or Name.
- Enhance view and scroll to the right to find the “Location” column.
- Select “Assign.”
- Press “Location ID” With your scanner, scan the location label this item is in.
- Once scanned, enter the quantity for this lot.
- Press “Save.”
Third Method of Assigning Locations (Manually)
- Select the “Inventory” module.
- Connect your scanner to your tablet using Bluetooth.
- Search for your constituent by SKU or Name.
- Enhance view and scroll to the right to find the “Location” column.
- Select “Assign.”
- Enter the quantity for that unit.
- Select “Manual Select.”
- A list of locations will appear, search and find the correct location.
- then select the location.
- Click “Add.”
- Select “Save.”
Assigning Multiple Locations to a Lot (Without Using the Move Button)
- Select the “Inventory” module.
- Connect your scanner to your tablet using Bluetooth.
- Search for your constituent by SKU or Name, then scroll to the right.
- Select the drop down arrow and select “Assign Location.”
- Select the Location ID bar and use your scanner to scan the location label.
- Select “Save.”
