Inventory Module – Overview

  • Categories and Main Table
  1. Select the “Inventory” module.  
  1. Select “+ SKU” to add new inventory items. 
  1. Move – Used to assign constituent locations in two scans. 
  1. There are five tabs: 
    • All – Simply shows you everything in inventory
    • Ingredients – Only consumable materials (powders, liquids, etc)
    • Components – Only packaging materials (boxes, bottles, etc)
    • Products – Only finished products
    • Capsules – Only shows Capsules
    • Misc. – Consist of items like drills, gloves, tablets, etc
  1. Enhance:
    • ” Reveals details about that inventory item:
      • QC specification report 
      • Label 
      • Other actions for editing, viewing audit log, splitting lots, or deleting  
    • ” to minimize that view
  1. Search for specific items by SKU or Name.
  1. Lot Metrics – Shows specific details about what’s in stock, what’s available (not assigned to a batch), what’s on order, and what’s been mixed. 
  1. Actions:
    • Order – order more inventory
    • Specification – First upload, (can be viewed or edited later) document shows SKU’s identity, purity, strength, composition, and established limits on those types of contamination that may adulterate or may lead to adulteration of the finished batch
    • Edit (select drop-down arrow) – Update or change something about this SKU
    • View (select drop-down arrow) – View existing details about this SKU
  • Inventory Filters
  1. Select the “Inventory” module.
  1. Select the filter.
  1. Choose the status filter you need:
    • Needs to be Ordered – Shows what items are low and provides an easy way to order more 
    • Available – Unassigned inventory
    • In Stock – All of a particular SKU in inventory (includes available and unavailable)
    • On Order – Ordered but not yet received
    • Quarantined – Received, but awaiting quality control check and approval
  1. Select “OK.”
  1. Select “Reset” to remove filters.
